How do I Add a New page?

In Haiku, there are two types of pages, a web page and a cover page.

Web Page

This is a standard web page with a default layout. To add a new web page:

  1. Click on the Add New drop down button  (top right corner)
  2. Click on Web Page
  3. Give your page a Title
  4. Add your Text
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and Save
  6. Once you are happy with your page, click on State (also in the top right corner) and then Publish (this makes it visible to all users)

Cover Page

A cover page allows you to design the layout of the page. To add a new cover page:

  1. Click on the Add New drop down button  (top right corner)
  2. Click on Cover Page
  3. Give your page a Title
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and Save
  5. Click on the Layout button (top left corner)
  6. A box titled Drag and Drop Tiles appears to the left of the page, while the right contains a blank page. Drag the tile titled Row and drop this in the blank part of the page. You can drag and drop as many rows as needed.
  7. The cover page allows you to divide your page into columns by dragging the column tile and dropping this in your row you created in step 6. You can drag and drop in as multiple columns.

follow the steps above but instead select a Cover Page (i.e. Add New > Cover Page).
